THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

01

Site Evaluation: Key Considerations for Your Pool Construction Project.

We will examine the potential site, taking into consideration any underground utilities, property set back limits, local ordinances and code as well as other factors that can affect placement.

02

Site Pregrading: Clearing the Way for Your Dream Pool.

The next step is to prepare the site by removing trees, shrubbery, sidewalks and other obstructions to the site and do some preliminary leveling.

03

Layout, Framing and Excavation: From Concept to Reality.

Once the shape, size and features of the pool have been determined, the framing layout is created and excavation can begin. The digging may involve mini-excavators, front end loaders or trackhoes. If access is severely limited, we have been known to dig by hand.

04

Pool Circulation Equipment Installation: Maximizing Your Pool’s Performance.

All pool plumbing is installed in this step: automatic pool cleaner systems, swim jets, skimmers, main drains, returns, sheer descents, etc. All plumbing is pressure tested to check for leaks.

05

Rebar Installation: The Backbone of Your Pool's Structure.

During the rebar installation process, our team collaborates with experienced engineers to build a sturdy pool shell using reinforced steel bars. This ensures the construction of a durable pool structure.

06

Shotcrete Placement: Crafting a Durable and Beautiful Pool Surface.

Shotcrete is a method of spraying a wet mixture of cement, sand, and water through a high-pressure hose onto a surface. In pool construction, shotcrete is used to create a strong, durable, and watertight concrete shell that forms the foundation of the pool. Shotcrete is ideal for pools because it allows for flexibility in design and can be shaped to fit any pool style or shape. Additionally, it offers excellent resistance to water penetration, which is essential for the longevity of the pool.

07

Tile and Coping Integration: Elevating Aesthetics

Seamlessly integrate tiles along the waterline and coping at the pool's edges, ensuring a harmonious blend of visual appeal and functional excellence.

08

Decking and Landscape Fusion: Extending Design Beyond the Pool.

Extend your design vision into pool deck construction, using carefully selected materials (concrete, pavers, etc.) for a unified appearance.

Implement landscaping around the pool area, aligning with your initial design plan to create an inviting and cohesive outdoor space.

09

Equipment Incorporation: Seamless Integration for Optimal Functionality

Integrate pool equipment – pumps, filters, heaters, and control systems – ensuring they seamlessly blend with your overall design. As well as, conducting thorough testing to guarantee proper functionality, staying true to the commitment to maximize your pool's performance.

10

Final Inspection

Following the completion of pool construction, a meticulous final inspection will be conducted to ensure structural integrity, functionality of equipment, and adherence to safety standards. Upon successful inspection, a certificate of completion will be issued, marking the conclusion of the project and ensuring client satisfaction with the quality and safety of their new pool.
